How to make LED display

Do display the original simple
Display consists of: cell board, power supply, control cards, borders, corner, angle aluminum, power cord, data cable, screws, pillars, the nut (cylinder).
1 Connect the red wire to V +,PC monitor V-Connect the black wire, are connected to the control card and the LED module board, black line access control cards and power GND. Red line connection control card and cell board +5 V VCC. Each cell board a power cord. Upon completion of testing with a multimeter to see if correct.
